MediaTek announced its new chipset named “Dimensity 9200+” for Android Smartphones. This chipset will be available in flagship 5G Android devices. This a great news for smartphone gamers, as this chipset offers an amazing gaming experience with long battery life.
The biggest difference between the predecessor (Dimensity 9200) and the Dimensity 9200+ chipset is the higher clock speed. The processor has 4 Arm Cortex-A510 running cores at 2.0GHz, 1 ultra-core Arm Cortex-X3 running at up to 3.35GHz, and 3 Arm Cortex-A715 super-cores operating up to 3.0GHz in total.
Furthermore, MediaTek gives more power boost to the Arm Immortalis-G715 Chipset’s GPU by 16% to 18%. That gives an immersive amount of boost to gaming and other intensive applications using the Dimensity 9200+.

He is the deputy general manager of the wireless communications business unit of MediaTek Company.
He also said, “With faster raytracing and fluid gameplay at high frame rates, combined with MediaTek’s power-saving technologies, you can enjoy incredible visuals, epic effects, and extended battery life.”
MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Chipset Model:
The Dimensity 9200+ offers a powerful modem that has 4CC-CA 5G Release-16 mode, and it gives the ability to switch between long-reach sub-6GHz and massively fast mmWave connections.
The Wi-Fi support and Bluetooth 5.3 for this chipset are also quite impressive, unlike the previous version, this chipset supports 7 2×2 _ 2×2 WiFi with a data rate of up to 6.8Gbps. Not only that, this MediaTek chipset can connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the same time with almost low energy (LE) audio power. In case, the Wi-Fi signals are powerful and have very low latency, with the coexistence technology of MediaTek, you will not face any difficulties connecting to it.
